  • colour your frosting with professional cake decorating gel colours (not liquid)
  • learn how to cut your cake with a professional cake leveler/trimmer
  • learn how to fix your cake to your cake board
  • learn how to professionally stack and layer your cake with your coloured frosting
  • learn how to crumb coat your cake
  • lean how to apply your second coat of frosting
  • learn how to apply the drip to your cake
  • learn the construction & placement of the ice-cream cone with filling & sprinkles
  • learn final decoration placement to finish of your masterpiece
  • you will learn how to use professional cake decorating tools to cut & construct your cake such as an angled spatula, cake cutter/leveler, 8" cake scraper & turntable

Everything is supplied for you to make your 3 layered melting ice-cream cake, the best part is you get to take your cake home!

This is a full hands on class with step by step guided & detailed instructions, there is a lot of learning particulary during construction, this class will teach you so much about decorating multi-layered cakes, not to mention how much fun this class is!
