Terms & Conditions
We recommend that you read these terms and conditions before booking a party with Cake It Up.
Booking a party with Cake It Up and making payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payments
A $100 non-refundable deposit payment is required for all parties to secure your booking date and time
Payments can be made by via EFT (bank transfer)
Party prices quoted on our website are subject to change from time to time and without notice
A PDF invitation template will be forwarded once the deposit has been paid and received by Cake It Up
We have a 10 guest minimum for all parties. If you have less than 10 guests, the party can still go on, however we will charge the minimum amount being $350
Confirmation of final numbers and full payment is required 7 days prior to the party. Cake It Up will contact you to confirm final numbers and a final invoice will be issued based on this confirmation
Full payment of this final invoice must be made 7 days prior to the party date or the party will be deemed cancelled
Cancellation
If for any reason you should need to cancel the party, the following terms apply:
If you provide 14 days or more notice of cancellation, you may apply your deposit to another available party date within the next two months
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the party date will incur a 100% payment cancellation fee
No refunds will be made for “no show” guests
No deductions to final numbers can be made less than 7 days prior to the party and final payment has been made
Responsibilities
You agree to be responsible for all invitations and communication to guests and keeping Cake It Up informed and up to date
The use of a dining table and/or kitchen bench to adequately position one hostess and each party guest with their decorating kit comfortably will be supplied by the client
Tables are not supplied by Cake It Up but can be hired for an additional small fee. Please contact us on 0455 211 311 or email us at party@cakeitup.com.au to discuss your requirements
Cake It Up is responsible for providing all other equipment and tools required to be used by the guests on the day and facilitation for the agreed duration of the event
Cake It Up will tidy up and remove all of the equipment brought by them and used during the party. Please note, table tops and benches will be cleaned but floors won’t be cleaned by Cake It Up as the party will still be continuing whilst the hostesses pack up and would constitute a safety risk for guests.
Agreement
You agree that Cake It Up may make any reasonable decision in relation to any emergency or medical situation affecting any guests, including calling qualified medical staff and/or ambulance etc.
Cake It Up takes all reasonable precautions and provides safety instructions, however cannot be held responsible for children’s behaviour or accidents.
You acknowledge that Cake It Up does not accept liability for any property damage, loss or personal injury howsoever caused, including negligence by your child, other children and adults including visitors and staff.
You accordingly agree to release and indemnify Cake It Up from any and all claims arising out of any such event.
